Visit us online: https://coastalharbor.com/ The Director of Risk Management: coordinates and directs all Performance Improvement functions through the Governing Body and Medical Executive Committee; recommends and develops facility's policies and procedures that are congruent with the facility Mission and objectives; acts as patient advocate, coordinates surveys, and coordinates all risk management functions. The Risk Manager (RM) has broad responsibility to protect the hospital's assets from loss. The Risk Manager is responsible for coordinating the loss control efforts and advising management and administration on all potential sources of loss and for making recommendations to minimize or eliminate exposure. The structure and functions of the Risk Management Program are designed so as to comply with guidelines and standards of JCAHO, other regulatory agencies, and the UHS T.E.R.M. Program. Serves as Compliance Officer for organization. Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth. Reviews and reports results. Benefit Highlights:

About Universal Health Services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing, psychology, or other related field; Nursing degree with one year of management experience with demonstrated leadership ability and skills in writing reports and working with statistical data.
