Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Inspects rooms, halls, and lobbies, to determine the need for repair or replacement of furniture or equipment and to make recommendations to management about options to continually improve facilities.
* Responsible for completing work orders by the end of time frame allotted.
* Performs regular preventative maintenance on buildings, machines, and equipment throughout the facility.
* Comply with all safety regulations set forth by Black Bear Treatment Centers and The Joint Commission.

Education and Experience

* High School diploma or GED required.
* Must have a valid and clean State of Georgia Driver's License.
