Job Description

• Project Planning: Define the project scope, set objectives, and develop a detailed plan that includes timelines, resources, and potential risks. Team Leadership: Lead andempowere the project team, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
• Resource Management: Prioritize efficiently, ensuring the project has the vital workforce, materials, and budget.
• Team member Communication: Maintain transparent communication with partners, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to handle them optimally.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards and deliverables are completed to the happiness of customers.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure the project stays within the allocated budget.
• Timeline Management: Keep the project on schedule, making adjustments as vital to meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Project Closure: Conduct a final review of the project, ensuring all objectives have been met and documenting lessons learned for future projects.
• Skills Required: Planivew, Jira, excel and excellent.
