*Description* * Maintain accurate assessment of technology inventory. Assist with obtaining quotes for hardware to replenish stock. * Assist with coordination of repairs and replacement of malfunctioning hardware while providing communication with end users on status. * Maintain current technology standards for department. * Maintain competency in field using a variety of methods. * Helps oversee the asset assignment and tracking processes for the hospital by tracking inventory of all assets ordered or supported by Information Systems. Track deployment of computers, printers, equipment, and peripherals. Works together with team members to track purchases & installations in ServiceNow platform. * Manages software inventory by working side by side with the asset management team to provide application and process training including asset management, lifecycle processing, return and report of items * Basic troubleshooting/desktop skills * Active Directory * ServiceNow * Troubleshooting hardware / software *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
