JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Penn State Abington Division of Student Affairs seeks a dynamic and engaging individual, who is committed to advancing and fostering an inclusive educational community and high impact experiences. The Cultural Program Coordinator is a member of the Student Engagement and Leadership team. The coordinator is an on-site position responsible for providing support to underrepresented students and developing programs and resources to support student cultural competency. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills. They will be flexible, creative, empathetic and demonstrate a desire to work in a student-facing, fast-paced environment, as part of a student-focused team that promotes and cultivates an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive.
