Overview
Position: Senior System Administrator KeyLogic is seeing a Senior System Administrator to perform task based and project-based work. You will receive tasks from a variety of sources to include Email, IM, phone, ticketing systems and in person. You will self-identify projects and also receive them from the customers. You will perform software installs and configuration, hardware installs and configuration, software troubleshooting and problem resolution. We use various methods to record work done (ticketing system, SharePoint, etc.) We regularly perform inventory management of spare IT equipment (Computers, monitors, IT peripherals). You will work closely with customers outside of IT departments to define system requirements, needs, and costs. Candidate will need the ability to partner with other IT teams such as corporate cyber security, firewall and proxy teams. The work will be entirely onsite at the customer's location.
