Title: Senior Network Manager
Location: Clayton, MO
Additional locations may include: Houston, TX

Salary: $135,500 - $198,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The Sr. Network Manager is responsible overall ownership of Olin's global network and voice infrastructure. The role will lead efforts to continuously improve performance, reliability, service and costs. Responsibilities for the role include technical architecture and long-term product direction, leading related projects, technology lifecycle, assisting with support issues as well as continuously managing service and cost. The role with work closely with other infrastructure team members, service providers, other IT teams and business stakeholders to provide high levels of service and value to Olin.

Sr. Network Manager Essential Job Functions:
  • Working with Olin Enterprise Architecture, define network architecture, standards, and usage guidelines to drive innovation, value for Olin in alignment of industry standards and business drivers.
  • Research and lead proof-of-concept development of potential new capabilities to drive business value to Olin.
  • Provide infrastructure technology roadmaps and plans that support business plans.
  • Lead network/voice aspects in IT projects, including mapping requirements to infrastructure deliverables, influencing solutions, ensuring architecture compliance, and identifying and mitigating network risks and value.
  • Lead technical requirements gathering for Olin IT network/voice projects and other IT projects requiring network/voice infrastructure.
  • Lead Olin team and service provider to design, build and implement network/voice solutions for Olin IT projects per Olin technical architecture.
  • Coordinate with Service Operations Manager to ensure network/voice infrastructure operations and support needs are met prior to Production implementation.
  • Work with Olin IT teams and service providers to ensure network/voice solutions are maintained and supported to meet Olin Service Levels requirements.
  • Plan and lead technology life cycle efforts to ensure Olin infrastructure remains current and support.
Sr. Network Manager Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree* ; Information Technology or Computer Science disciplines preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a network related role.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising or managing people.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in large-scale network project delivery including solution design, preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability work closely and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications such as CCNA and CCNP are preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
