Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a SIGINT-ELINT Analyst to support our customer on site at Ft. Shafter, HI. The SIGINT-ELINT Analyst will perform the full spectrum of electronic and signals intelligence analysis from various sources to answer senior decisionmaker and warfighter Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Applies technical, regional, and consulting skills and ELINT and SIGINT expertise as part of a team that provides analysis & reporting to our client's Requests for Information (RFIs).

Required Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ Years of experience with ELINT analysis or signals collection.
• Completed SIGE2810 and SIGE3810 courses.
• Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content.
• Ability to analyze and report technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose.
• Ability to provide shift work support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets.
• Completion of a credentialing Service School including Navy 9141, Air Force 1N2A or an Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized ELINT analyst certification course.
• Completion of Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) and/or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP).

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Ability to provide shift work support.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,250.00 to $118,750.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package for employees.
