THE JOB:
Leads the residential operations team, ensuring alignment with the MGM brand and overall company standards. Oversees daily operations, guiding the team toward achieving operational and financial goals, including labor management and overall financial performance. Responsible for executing strategic initiatives and setting the direction for residential operations. Maintains a strong focus on delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for both guests and property owners, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaborates with the VP and Director of Hotel Operations to implement strategic initiatives from the Hotel Strategy Center of Excellence for both hotel and residential operations.

• Manages and strengthens relationships with property owners, ensuring a premium residential experience by enhancing offerings through amenities and hotel services.

• Leads the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, work schedules, and departmental regulations to maintain operational excellence within residential services.

• Oversees employee engagement for the residential operations team, including recruitment, training, supervision, coaching, and performance management to ensure efficient department operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Works varied shifts including holidays and weekends

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

• Two (2)+ years of prior experience in Residential Services

• Supervisory experience preferred
