Role: Service Manager Location: Pittsburgh, USA Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Service Manager" to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Responsibilities: Working as lead for specific applications Centralized lead across multiple applications Mainframe Distributed Batch processing daily use Reporting and reference applications Deadlines are being met End of life software Issue management Providing updates on statuses on projects Attending meetings as needed Support development as needed Demonstrated leadership skills Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role Strong demonstrated communication skills Self starter Independent thinking Technical Skills: CICS, JCL, COBOL, ML Ops, IBM Mainframe, Utilities, IT Service Management, VSAM, ITIL, Flex Skills, Java, Tableau Dashboard Domain Skills: Cards & Payments Salary and Other Compensation: This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
