Overview In the Platform Data and Core Solutions team, we are passionate about providing customers a seamless experience in our platform both inside and outside the game. As we continue to build and expand this online platform, we are looking for a hard-working Technical Program Manager who can own key areas, drive execution on one or more technology or business objectives, and lead process improvement initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead a seamless development & operational delivery that will delight our internal and external stakeholders/customers. You will have a balance of people, organizational, and technical skills and will be comfortable facilitating large sized project workshops and processes, enabling a cross-functional effort spread across multiple geographical locations. This includes driving the timeline, coordinating the roles and responsibilities across engineering teams, and ultimately ensuring the success of our program/project objectives. A successful Technical Program Manager is upbeat, detail oriented, motivated and an excellent communicator. You will possess outstanding project management skills, strong program/project management methodologies. A successful applicant is: * Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinker with a strong intuition to identify and resolve roadblocks before they become material risks to a program. * Owning project and program roadmaps, establishing clear goals and milestones, task assignments, and leading overall schedule progress - from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and actively managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and executive reporting. * Excellent written and verbal skills. Proficient at addressing various partners from individual contributors, up through senior leadership. * Maintains big picture strategic and operational thinking balanced by a strong attention to detail. * Flexible and calm in dealing with various aspects of ambiguity. * Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos. * Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others to work towards desired outcomes. * Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently. * Connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how'. Responsibilities * Define, implement, and maintain critical processes to ensure a continuous, consistent, and streamlined workflow. * Leverage people and soft skills to generate a positive atmosphere of excitement and collaboration towards delighting customers and pushing the limits of technology. * Leads initiatives with teams that may include other Project Managers, Engineering, Design, Product and Operations personnel. * Find innovative ways and solutions to problems; simplify and communicate sophisticated problems through communication to inspire changes in behavior. * Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes. * Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form. Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints. * Self-starter able to track complex and/or large volumes of details (technical and project related), manage and coordinate with multiple scrum teams. * The ability to balance business needs, a sense of urgency, and shipping high quality and pragmatic solutions. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1. This is the Shared Libraries team, working cross functionally. Managing relationships with other teams is important. They will evangelize and work closely with other TPM's for idea's into their roadmaps - They will be sending out newsletters on bi weekly basis to showcase what their team is working on - Join standup and managing the teams end to end. Policy enforcements around development best practices. Visualize when a tool is in and out of compliance Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in operations management or engineering related fields preferred. Masters or MBA are a plus * 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in an agile software development environment * Knowledge and use of industry standard program/project methods, tools and techniques * Experience with Google Docs and creating executive presentations * Experience with Project/Program management tools like JIRA and Confluence * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $73.33/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
