Healthcare IT PM
Hybrid- Local to Austin Area (1 day onsite) 6 month contract to hire *ACTIVE PMP REQUIRED* *Description* The Technical Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of large, highly visible, complex technical projects. This role is responsible and accountable for all business and technical aspects of the project or request. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution and principal architects, program managers, technical and operational SMEs, and enterprise stakeholders, to define project scope, develop technical project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. The Technical Project Manager is accountable for every aspect of the project, including leading a team capable of meeting or exceeding client expectations for their vision. This role will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering value to our clients in a hybrid and dynamic environment. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will maintain and control project scope to ensure project communication and project metrics are developed and achieved with agreed-upon outcomes. This role will develop and continuously manage the project's documentation, client communication and reporting. *Top Skills Details* New Solution Implementation,New Processes Migrations,EHR Projects,Software Acquisitions *Skills & Qualifications* -Active PMP MUST HAVE -Bachelor's Degree (higher degree accepted) or 8 years of additional experience in a related field may be accepted in lieu of education -4 to 5 years of professional experience working with customers and stakeholders to develop and manage IT projects by leading project documentation, delivery within budget, on schedule and within project scope -2 years Experience in the healthcare field -2 Years Experience with PMI practices, PMBOK, Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile (Scrum and Kanban) project management/development methodologies -Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as AdaptiveWork Planview preferred -Experience with technical tools such as ServiceNow, MS Office, MS Visio, MS SharePoint and Teams preferred -Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams preferred *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $66.00/hr.
