Job Description General Responsibilities: Investigate sites to identify any physical and/or environmental risks. Perform and/or manage field studies including indoor air quality, asbestos/lead paint/mold surveys, pre-demolition and hazardous materials surveys, and Phase I environmental site assessments. Assist with management and quality review of site investigations including soil, groundwater, and soil gas sampling, voluntary cleanup work, and remediation oversight. Develop sampling strategies and outline required analysis. Research regulatory standards and hazardous materials data. Evaluate sampling results. Manage and mentor staff on completing various reports including risk assessments and develop recommendations to correct and improve the environment. Present and communicate findings and report recommendations to clients. Identify areas of potential growth and target clients to help stabilize our asbestos and industrial hygiene services. Obtain state licensures to help with this goal. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
