Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 6 to 9 years of experience in managing projects involving MuleSoft Integration and API-Led Connectivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Loyalty partner integration and will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects. This role is hybrid and requires no travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects involving MuleSoft Integration and API-Led Connectivity.
• Ensure that all project objectives are met within the specified timeframes and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of MuleSoft solutions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress risks and issues.
• Manage project resources including team members budgets and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
• Lead project meetings and ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in MuleSoft Integration and API-Led Connectivity.
• Have a solid background in Loyalty partner integration.
• Experience in Customer targeting and segmentation is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills including planning execution and delivery.
• Show proficiency in risk management and issue resolution.
• Display the ability to lead project meetings and align team members on project goals.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Certifications Required

Certified MuleSoft Developer PMP or PRINCE2 Certification

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
