Intern - End-User Services

We are seeking a Computer Science Intern for the End-user Services department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.

The intern will collaborate with the End-user Services team on projects to automate the digital workspace. These tasks include creating proactive tickets in our ITSM platform using data analytics and working on the Email Distribution List Project by analyzing data, designing and developing the framework, documenting processes, gathering feedback, and assisting with implementation.

Preferred Degree Background:

• Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master's in Computer Science or MIS.
• Minimum of 3.0 grade point average.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Skills in Microsoft Office Suites, with good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Project management skills
• Some knowledge of IT concepts is helpful, but not essential (This role is less focused on "developer" and more on "the business of IT ")

Abilities/Behaviors:

• Analytical skills and critical thinking are highly valued.
• Ability to organize data and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic to learn and take on new opportunities.
