Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this individual contributor role is responsible for leading and supporting the engineering change management process for the organization.




  • Primary responsibilities include:

    • Providing technical operational support to coordinate the completion of new machinery releases and functions for engineering change requests for all machinery product lines following industry standard configuration management practices.
    • Providing documentation support to various departments.
    • Ensuring that engineering changes are completed properly, and track and encourage steady progress.
    • Tracking issues/reporting, coordinate efforts with various department specialists, support organizational design efforts, and integrate change management activities into all project plans.
    • Providing engineering support for the Equipment Automation and Integration Teams with project work, design reviews, scheduling and leading meetings, coordination of equipment builds, etc.




  • Principal accountabilities can be broken out as follows:

    • 25% - Managing all engineering release notices and engineering change notifications to support the release of new machinery or design changes through the ECP/ECN process.

      • This includes communicating with the various engineering and production departments to correct any discrepancies that may affect timely ECR completion.


    • 20% - Lead and coordinate the weekly Change Review Board meeting. To include individual and project-related change progress.
    • 20% - Participate on new product development project teams to ensure that the product configuration is considered during the initial design process.
    • 5% - Leading and/or participating in quarterly change management efficiency tracking meetings.

      • This includes report submittal to the various stakeholders in addition to meeting quarterly ISO requirements.


    • 30% - Support the Equipment Automation and Integration team with various project related tasks.




The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or a job related discipline is preferred.
  • Engineering background/experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Change Management Administrator.
  • Change management certification or designation desired.
  • Experience creating logical relationships in an ERP system. Knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
