Job Summary The Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment. The role handles various administrative tasks while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The role involves responding to inquiries, managing reservations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with different departments to meet guests' needs. The role also assists team members as needed to ensure work completion and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction always adhering to Hospitality Universal Standards and the company's quality standards.
