Position Details Primary Responsibilities Ensure the safety of individuals served by implementing practices that minimize risk and promote safety of all individuals served. Abide by Merakey policies/procedures as well as program specific regulatory requirements. Implementing Merakey's Incident Management Policy by reporting any concerning behavior or incidents that occur. Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and/or FERPA regulations for both individuals served and handled data. Completing required Abuse Risk Prevention Training Requirements.
