Position:Clinical Lead, Integrated Behavioral Health Pediatrics Primary Care Department: Social Services Schedule: Full Time POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program within the Department of Psychiatry, the IBH Clinical Lead works as a member of the Pediatric Primary Care Medical Home Clinic. The role of the clinical lead is to provide direct clinical care to pediatric patients, work collaboratively with the primary care team to ensure the behavioral health and substance use needs of the patients are met, and provide clinical oversight and supervision of masters level clinicians. Clinical work includes, but is not limited to, conducting diagnostic assessments, providing short-term, evidence-based treatment, safety planning, and coordination of care with stakeholders such as DCF, schools, and caregivers. Responsibilities will include clinical supervision of non-independently licensed clinicians, clinical back-up and support to the teams as needed, oversight and triage of all new referrals, reviewing panel management data with clinicians, and facilitation of behavioral health trainings for Pediatric providers. Clinical lead will work closely with Pediatrics Primary Care providers in consultation and support in understanding the mental health and substance use needs of patients and collaborate on treatment goals. Clinical Lead will support Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager in the implementation of new population health initiatives (e.g. ADHD, depression). The position is currently hybrid, which may change based on hospital expectations. Candidates should have previous supervisory experience and experience with pediatrics/adolescents ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Clinical Supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Social Work CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Requires a current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of full-time work experience as an Independent licensed Social Worker. Experience providing behavioral health care in medical setting preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
