We are searching for a CNC Machinist in Beverly, MA to be a part of our exciting future and growing success. Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay rate: $28 - $34/hr. (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Manufacture and inspect high-precision products with minimal supervision. Ensure both the quality and quantity of work meet company standards. Set up and operate various CNC machine tools following company policies and procedures. Perform repetitive production machining tasks by reading and interpreting drawings, sketches, and work instructions. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements. Transmit and receive CNC programs and maintain accurate production records. Provide technical assistance and support to other employees as needed. Follow company's Employee Expectations and training guidelines. Maintain adherence to company time standards and operational procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to collaborate professionally and cooperatively with colleagues. Effective written and oral communication skills. Basic general computer proficiency. Must be able to read documents and inspect parts as needed.
