Job Description

The Operations Manager serves as the operating manager of multiple sites within the DSG agency infrastructure. He or she will be responsible for tracking and analyzing data related to employee productivity as well as account activity and all records close out for month end. He or she will also handle the billing, invoicing, and issuing of POs; reconciling those to the data analysis. He or she will also be responsible for the oversight of the regional facilities, including freelance labor approvals and reconciliations, support staff oversight, facilities management teams, record keeping, and budget management. A proactive, hardworking nature with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and line item management
  • Productivity and additional client metrics
  • Spearhead metric reporting initiatives and committees
  • Contract and P&L oversight from an operational perspective
  • Implement new office procedures for staff incentive programs
  • Support all teams as needed, bring a champion for change
  • Work with site leads to assess staff needs against the P&L
  • Verify the use and accuracy of the various internal job tracking systems and ensure site leads are making critical adjustments to meet billing quotas and performance guidelines

  • Build great working relationships internally and with a range of external suppliers and freelancers to allow various site leads to pulling from that talent pool
  • Overall problem solver, a fast thinker
  • Bachelor's degree in discipline related to function of work with 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Business management experience
  • Computer/technology experience
  • Expert in Microsoft Office tools including XL and pivot tables for data analysis
  • Leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of CMS systems, Adobe Cloud, and various data import tools and methods
  • Experience running data profiles and creating metric reports
  • Excellent understanding of the agency process, workflow, and culture
  • Experience running multiple P&Ls successfully
  • Proven ability to understand variance from budget, address and improve performance

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $98,100 to $156,900 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
