JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Program Coordinator independently manages the day-to-day operations for the (TMS) program, which is an FDA approved, non-invasive, non-drug treatment for Major Depressive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and potentially other diagnoses. The coordinator is responsible for coordination and scheduling of all TMS services in collaboration with operations, answering prospective patient inquiries, and conducting initial patient consultations. In addition, this individual will serve as the primary interface for all program related documentation, billing liaison to revenue cycle, prior authorizations, workflow, and performance measurements of staff. QUALIFICATIONS Education Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Years of Experience Previous Psychiatry experience preferred Required Certification/Licensure Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required Current CPR certification PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Task Percentage of Time/Frequency Standing - 50% Sitting - 50% Squatting - occasional Driving - frequent Kneeling - occasional Lifting - occasional Bending - occasional Time Type: Full timePay Range: $15.75--$22.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
