Job Description:

The GCIB Infrastructure Services Coordinator will support real estate planning, workforce data analysis, and operational controls across GCIB and Global Markets. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage special projects related to real estate, technology, access controls, and business dependencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze data trends on workforce reports / real estate expenses / occupancy metrics
  • Manage real estate dashboard and generate reports for occupancy costs, space utilization, access controls, and third-party dependencies
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment of workforce reports with real estate dashboard
  • Support single-process inventory alignment for streamlined business operations.

Controls and Compliance:

  • Enforce and / or establish occupancy controls related to:
    • Employee access to office spaces
    • Space-sharing policies
    • Clean desk compliance across multiple locations
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to security and regulatory policies.
  • Special Projects & Technology Initiatives:
    • Assist with hardware and software upgrades, including coordinating deployments.
    • Work with technology teams to improve and optimize IT infrastructure.
    • Support real estate initiatives, including office space planning and optimization projects.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication on key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with real estate, technology, and business teams to align infrastructure projects with operational needs.
  • Provide updates to management and stakeholders on project progress and findings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communications skills to collaborate with co-workers, management, and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail for tracking and enforcing controls.
  • Leadership ability to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Analytical mindset to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
