Company Overview At Performance Drone Works (PDW), we're at the forefront of creating custom small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) for the modern warfighter. PDW is proudly American owned, with all design, engineering, and manufacturing of our products taking place domestically. Role PDW is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our cutting-edge simulation solutions for unmanned aerial systems (UAS). This role is focused on leading a portfolio of simulation technologies, ensuring seamless integration with real-world UAS platforms, and enhancing training, testing, and mission-planning capabilities. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, and a deep understanding of user interfaces (UI), Standard Communication Protocols (such as MAVLink), familiar with open-source autopilot software (such as PX4 and ardupilot) and control/mission planning software (such as QGroundControl (QGC)). The successful candidate will drive product strategy, manage software roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance mission-critical drone software solutions.
