DaVita is hiring a Revenue Manager for our Payor Escalations - Analytics & Strategy team within Revenue Operations, known as Team Spotlight. This position is responsible for the operational oversight of contracted payor escalations (settlements, legal escalations, supporting contract negotiations, etc.) and the associated analytics and strategy to drive these escalations to resolution. We are looking for a leader that gets excited about driving innovation in problem solving long outstanding issues, has an interest in analytics, and can facilitate collaboration with teams in and out of ROPS.

This individual will manage large projects and collaborate across all revenue cycle lanes, and with out Legal and Contracting partners. Communications will be tailored to differing audiences and there will be frequent opportunities to strategize and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior leaders. In addition, this leader should have a passion for solving complex problems, people development and an ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team. Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life through contract and inflow strategy and resolution of some of the most complex AR issues. This position reports to a Sr Manager, Revenue Operations and will lead 2-4 analysts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages large projects with multiple participants and stakeholders
  • Prioritizes competing priorities to deliver on deadlines with minimal interventions

  • Cultivates a diverse professional network to complete work and seek input
  • Ensures self and teammates use coaching and feedback through a consistent process

  • Translates high-level strategy and complex insights into actionable opportunities
  • Identifies and engages stakeholders to create high level of collaboration
  • Delivers persuasive recommendations to senior audiences

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year in Leadership with direct reports - Required
  • High School Diploma/equivalency - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field - Preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel - Required
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle - Required
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections - Preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$78,000.00-$115,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
