Position Title: REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS II

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000/ yr

Job Summary

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, direction, and implementation of operational programs, policies, and procedures across Independent school and B&I accounts with the CulinArt Group portfolio. The RDO ensures contract compliance, profitability, safety, and client satisfaction, while driving operational efficiency and maintaining high performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a unified direction for the team, set clear priorities, and communicate strategy effectively to ensure all team members are aligned and focused on shared goals.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement regional policies and procedures to maximize income from existing accounts and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all assigned operations comply with the client's service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and meet unit cost targets for each service across all assigned locations, driving financial performance.
  • Ensure appropriate resources, including personnel, are in place to meet operational demands and client expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and working toward account retention and growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L and driving financial performance across multiple units or accounts.
  • Previous experience in contract-managed services preferred.
  • Experience in Independent schools and B&I highly preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills to effectively manage and motivate teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience overseeing operations across a regional or multi-unit structure.
  • Able to travel from San Jose to San Francisco/Marin County and South Lake Tahoe area
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A,) from a four-year college or university preferred
