Job Description:

Therapist



  • Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups and/or their families utilizing strength-based and recovery models of service delivery.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and documentation to meet regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to a team-based model to ensure integration of services and coordination of care to promote improved client outcomes
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups with mental health needs.
  • Administer standardized screening tools for behavioral health and substance abuse issues.
  • Help clients reduce symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and stress.
  • Use evidence-based treatments like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
  • Offer integrated care for clients managing physical health conditions alongside psychological and social factors.
  • Collaborate within a team to address social issues and link clients to case management or community resources.
  • Develop, update, and modify individualized treatment plans based on client's changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review and discuss client treatment and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the organization's financial health through billable services and data monitoring.
  • Maintain ethical and professional relationships with community and government agencies.
  • Attend team meetings, clinical supervision, and other necessary meetings.
  • Enhance professional growth through specialized training.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Follow AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed within the scope of the position.


Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; licensure required.
  • At least 2 years in a clinical behavioral health setting.


Skills and Knowledge:



  • Display advanced skills in assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients
  • Employ evidence-based counseling models and techniques suited to presenting problems
  • Demonstrate solid diagnostic skills and treatment planning
  • Proficiently handle clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Understand DSM V, apply recovery principles and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and direct care
  • Experienced with individuals and families facing various behavioral health issues
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PC-based software programs
  • Strong written and oral communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently and within teams, collaborating internally and externally


Must have own transportation, valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance

Pay Rate:

LSW, LPCC, MFTC: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

LMFT, LPC, or LCSW: $63,000 - $70,000 annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
