Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamicTransformation Program Managerto spearhead programs focused on company-wide transformation. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize and improve our platforms, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and evaluate support activities across departments.
• Build and grow relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks.
• Monitor program progress and key performance indicators.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Influence without direct reporting lines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate change management.
• Travel as needed for hands-on support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• Experience in program management and transformation.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management and manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience in optimizing manufacturing and distribution networks.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex initiatives with successful outcomes.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional peers and executives.
• Experienced in preparing and delivering analysis, reports, and presentations for leadership.
