At Fox Ad Sales, we are committed to staying ahead of the competition by leveraging data-driven insights to navigate the dynamic media landscape. Our Revenue Analytics & Insights team plays a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic analysis and innovative thinking.

We are looking for a talented analytical Manager, Revenue Analytics and Insights to join our team and contribute to our success. The Manager, Revenue Analytics and Insights is a great opportunity for someone who is a great storyteller, and has a strong background in analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and transforming insights into actionable strategies.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and analyze the ad marketplace, economic indicators, and relevant news and events to identify potential opportunities and risks for the business.

  • Conduct comprehensive category research using diverse data sets to evaluate market players and trends, identifying new opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to prepare detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Share insightful analyses and industry trends with the broader team to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with the Ad Product team to provide up-to-date marketplace information on categories and brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the media or advertising industry.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong writing skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $84,500.00-118,500.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
