PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Responsible for facilitating access to high-quality, actionable data for both internal and external customers, supporting the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities. This role focuses on learning the technical infrastructure and supporting the development of data solutions that enhance customer success and data literacy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assists in developing and maintaining systems that provide clean, reliable data to users, focusing on optimizing data access and usability.
  • Supports efforts to enhance data literacy among users by assisting in the development and delivery of training sessions. Helps produce user-friendly documentation and support materials.
  • Provides initial technical support for data queries and system issues, ensuring users can access and utilize data effectively. Monitors system performance and user interaction to gather insights for system improvements.
  • Works closely with IT and customer-facing teams to understand user needs and feedback, contributing to system enhancements that improve user experience and data quality.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Adheres to GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, and follows all Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures.
  • Engages in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical and customer service skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Normally requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with database systems and SQL.
  • Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Encouraged to pursue relevant IT certifications.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally as required by the role.
  • Willingness to participate in required training and to carry a mobile communication device for support calls.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
