GENERAL SCOPE AND SUMMARY The Senior Quoting Specialist will be part of the Revenue Operations team and will support the Sales organization. Each specialist will be assigned to a set of accounts/Clients. You will manage quote creation from start to end of client journey including order closure- new logo, migrations, add on - cross sell/upsell, renewals, upgrades. You will work with the AE &/or CRM, ensuring they have full understanding and access to financially approved, accurate, operationally deliverable detailed quotes (Inventory, term dates, product specs, pricing, contracts, ..) and then also report on activity 'Quote to Order' for your accounts. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be part of the team that is responsible for maintaining the CPQ function on the Salesforce platform supporting Sales, CRM's, Deal Desk, Product & Pricing, Channel Operations, Renewals and overall Rev Ops business functions
- Ensure your client accounts allocated accurately in SFDC with accurate client details
- Be the trusted support to the sales team, creating quotes, collaborating on product needs, and setting up commercial terms for all commercial transactions
- Prepare quotes to meet the DIA targets for renewals quotes
- Work with AE's and deal desk to prepare quotes for add on/migration/etc quotes . Collect and collate all technical and cost estimates needed to prepare quotes & obtain any approvals for non std commercial terms
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales, product, and problem-solving skills to exceed sales expectations.
- Identify risk in client opportunities and any related contract agreements, participating in Risk Reviews as needed.
- SGDC hygiene for all opportunities and stages
- Review incoming sales bookings for completeness and accuracy prior to moving to OM
- Support the processing of orders and provide acknowledgments to clients.
- Review contract expiry, prepare contract profitability reports vs ARR / ATR quarterly
- Maintain customer information, product records, and other areas of SFDC
- Provide product knowledge assistance to AE's / ACC as needed
- Assist Rev Ops Manager with preparation of sales activity reporting through the weeks and Quarter
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or professional experience equivalent
- 5+ years relevant work experience - Sales, Quoting, and Q2O processes, including 3+ years of experience in Software/Saas Industry
- SFDC skills, preferably with experience of CPQ price quoting tool
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Very process oriented, organized, and able to balance deadlines and priorities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs, maintaining a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support allocated client account time zones
