Your responsibilities

Position Overview:
Promote, develop, and maintain effective data retention, accessibility and flow throughout the organization and its partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the workflow of documents/drawings internally and with outside engineers, vendors, and/or customers including data entry within the document tracking systems and the preparation of electronic collaborative reviews.
Assist personnel throughout the organization with the use and customization of, best practices with, and training for operational data management systems.
Assist with development and implementation of Information Management directives including the identification of operational workflow bottlenecks and automatization of interdisciplinary processes.
Assist with the digitalization of hard-copy documents as well as post-processing and assembly of electronic documents into manuals and other transmittals as requested.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will have no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Your profile

Required Education & Experience:
Associates degree (A.S., A.A.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering; and/or three years of education and experience.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook for e-mails)
Proficiency with the use and development of cloud-based work and collaboration environments. Specific experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint considered a plus.
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for high volume document conversion and assembly
Some knowledge of AutoCAD drafting and ability to distinguish between mechanical, electrical or plan layout drawings considered a plus.
Ability to learn new programs, tools and implement new processes.
Ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent people and communication skills (oral and written)

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with one or more modern programming languages (ex. JavaScript, Python).
Proficiency with GraphQL, Rest API or Postman
Experience with Teams Toolkit.
Experience with database management software, data lake architecture and enterprise resource planning.
Experience with Microsoft Graph or Power Automate
Experience with AI training
Experience with Virtual Machines

Travel Demands:
Up to 10% as required to interface with other IT teams within the organization and to provide training/observe user performance with the systems as deployed
