Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enable continuous improvement within the team Responsible for delivery management and oversight support for key projects within the GFIIT portfolio Act as a servant leader to your teams and help resolve impediments Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and sprint timelines, driving adherence to our 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done' Schedule, facilitate and coach agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives and PI planning Facilitate scaled planning for the team e.g. Pre planning preparation, PI planning events and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and relentless focus on continuous improvement including working with other scrum teams to define best practices Drive the agile team maturity, based on Client guidelines Delivery management for key GFIIT deliverables Business analyst experience helping to drive the understanding of business needs and analyze the best solutions by building close relationships with our business partners Drive to understand the Treasury space and the application we support Requirements: Prior Capital Markets experience in driving technology projects Capital Markets product knowledge in Fixed Income or Derivatives Scrum master/PMP certified Quartz experience or Trading applications experience Python or SQL scripting Pay Range: $63.94 - $71.94 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
