Qualifications

Required Qualities

* Deep desire to help people experience Christ

* Personal testimony of God's faithfulness

* Some counseling experience preferred

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Intermediate computer proficiency

* Ability to manage confidential information

* Strong documentation skills

* Excellent interpersonal abilities
