Position Title: Office Manager

Wage: Based on Experience

An Office Manager job in Two Rivers, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of administrative experience with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Responsibilities will include facilitating communication to staff, tracking expenses and preparing reports, and supporting the CEO as needed. Other responsibilities include monitoring production data, processing and receiving orders, scheduling shipping, processing payroll, and maintaining inventory. This is a fully on-site role that offers a comprehensive benefit package within a small office environment.

Office Manager job responsibilities include:

- Facilitate communication to staff

- Track expenses and prepare expense reports

- Support the CEO/President with administrative tasks

- Monitor production data and inventory data in Access database

- Schedule shipping of completed orders

- Process invoices for customer orders

- Process AP and AR

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ year of Administrative experience

- A degree in Business Administration or accounting is a plus

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications

- Sage or other accounting software experience

- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

- Strong organizational experience
