Job Summary:



  • Accelerate the long-term, sustainable growth of LSS services through the identification and pursuit of opportunities such as strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, services expansion, and/or the addition of new programs.
  • Lead business optimization projects for improved performance of existing service lines to result in greater financial viability, operational efficiency, and ultimately, scalability.
  • Lead sales and outreach strategy development and leadership coaching for priority Lines of Service.
  • Provide interim line of service management and leadership, as appropriate.


Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Administration, Communications or related field required; Master's degree required or minimum 10 years experience.
  • Eight or more years' experience in management ($10m+ budget responsibility), relationship-building, strategic planning, sales, management.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue, market share, and operational efficiencies through strategic internal and external initiatives.
  • Experience in business coaching, training and consulting.
  • Skills in financial reporting, projections, and market analysis.
  • The capacity to be highly adaptive to different work/personal cultures and work from a racial equity lens.
  • Demonstrated strong collaborative skills evidenced through leading or managing large initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and adjust priorities frequently as organizational needs shift.
  • Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
