Your Team, Your Impact

The ever-growing demand for higher bandwidth, lower power, and smaller footprint driven by AI, cloud services, video streaming requires advanced solutions. Marvell's field-proven PAM4 DSPs offer an ideal solution for high-speed optical interconnects in cloud data centers and carrier networks.

We are running an inter-operability lab to test our DSP-based high-speed serial transceivers in network applications. We validate and test electrical and optical physical layer performance of transceivers to anticipate and correct interoperability issues in end-use applications.

What You Can Expect

  • In this role you will have opportunity to creatively test, investigate and understand issues in the realm of both physical electronics and network/data protocols.
  • You will apply your insights to suggest improvements and implement enhancements to our quality-driven investigative flow.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5+ years of related professional experience. Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of analog and high-speed electronics including signal propagation over lossy channels, clocking, jitter, power supply noise and how interaction of these affect overall system performance.
  • Proficiency to set up and operatetest platforms in a Windows PC environment with hardware peripherals such as signal generators, temperature controllers and product evaluation boards.
  • Ability to analyze data from test systems to uncover issues and build profiles of product performance.
  • Physical intuition for configuring and carrying out measurements on small-scale probing stations a plus.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

121,400 - 181,800, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
