The internship program will run from May 27th, 2025 through August 15th, 2025 and take place at our Enola Headquarters.

The Members 1st Federal Credit Union Intern will rotate across multiple departments and learn the various business functions. Interns will work on a range of projects that contribute to team objectives, fostering a well-rounded knowledge of the organization's operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assist in project management and support daily operations within each department.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support department activities.
* Collaborate with department team members on assigned projects and initiatives.
* Learn and apply department-specific software tools and technologies.
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing documents.
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and suggest process improvements.
* Participate in team meetings and assist in the execution of department tasks.
* Complete assigned tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
* Present findings, results, and project outcomes at the end of each department rotation.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
* Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
* Ability to sit for extended time periods
* Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
* Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
* Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
