General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, a premier provider of ordnance weapons and tactical systems to the U.S. Department of Defense and allied nations, has an opening for a Summer Quality Assurance Intern to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams on various technical projects associate with our core mission. Major Position Responsibilities

  • Updating documents, procedures, PCR's etc.
  • Develop work instructions
  • Assist with parts inspections (not in production)
  • Assist with MRB


Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled or accepted into a 2-4 year accredited college or university or have graduated in the last 6 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse employee population are essential
  • Must demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, using discretion and independent judgement
