JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide credit applications at the request of customers/sales force.
Provide sales force & other department contacts with credit decisions & reasoning.
Maintain accurate information in our customer data base and update as necessary.
Maintain and update archives.
Create new accounts.
Monitor account changes made by other departments.
Offering support with other position related tasks as needed.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to investigate and follow through discrepancies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
