Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Remote, once a month onsite)
Work hour: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire
A global commercial insurance broker is currently seeking a Japanese bilingual Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles, CA. The CSR will assist Account Managers in handling all inside service work associated with the client's employee benefit program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers in providing excellent customer service to clients and resolving any benefit issues.
Process client eligibility requests through various online portals and benefits administration systems.
Act as a liaison between insurance companies, medical facilities, and employees to resolve medical claims, billing, eligibility, and any other coverage issues.
Prepare materials for open enrollment meetings, such as employee benefits booklets and application forms.
Provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment in a professional manner.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Japanese Bilingual - Business Level Required.
Excellent Customer Service skills required.
Strong MS Office skills preferred.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills preferred.
Willing to obtain a insurance license with company support.
