Pay: $36 - $45/hr

In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing all materials for the kitting operation, ensuring material availability to meet forecasted needs, and maintaining inventory levels. You'll manage daily communication with suppliers and support their ramp-up plans, ensuring materials are available for critical NPI launches.

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Manage purchase orders, including PO placement, supplier confirmations, and expediting supply issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers, monitor shipment plans, and track delivery dates.
  • Place internal orders and ensure timely shipping/receiving at distribution centers.
  • Create requisitions for non-inventory items and resolve invoice issues with AP.
  • Work with quality and distribution teams to address non-conforming materials.
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor MRP output and update purchasing parameters in SAP.
  • Support ad-hoc requests as needed.



Qualifications:



  • BS in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Experience in FDA-regulated medical companies a plus.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, MRP, and planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and Excel skills.
