Staff Accountant- Tenant Accounts
Job Summary Alys Beach is looking for an experienced Accountant to be responsible for managing agreements for our tenants and ensuring compliance within accounting standards and regulations. This role involves analyzing and recording lease transactions, tracking rent payments, security deposits and additional charges associated with their lease, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliations. Preparing detailed financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely lease data. The Tenant Accountant is responsible for assisting in the management of all leases and subleases for the company. Job Responsibilities
