Job Description

The Maintenance Coordinator - Technician is responsible for managing new and existing work orders, creating purchase orders (PO), scheduling and dispatching Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance repairs for all occupied homes.

Manage Technician Work Orders and Purchase Orders

  • Communicating with Residents for work order schedules and follow up
  • Manage Occupied Technician work schedules in all markets
  • Create and close PO's for Occupied Technicians in all markets
  • Ongoing communication with Field Offices regarding Occupied Technician work

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong typing skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Problem-solving experience is a plus
  • Prior Maintenance experience preferred

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Yardi preferred

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
