Job Summary:

The Pricing Analyst will help analyze pricing data and market trends to support the business in making informed pricing decisions for our products to customers. This role involves conducting financial modeling and analysis to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals and meet margin expectations. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will propose recommendations to optimize profit and support the Sales Organization with new volume opportunities and long-term promotions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on pricing strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Provide pricing expertise and recommendations to support key business initiatives and improve customer profit.
  • Implement price strategies to ensure products are priced appropriately for maximum profitability without sacrificing market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish floor, target, and ceiling pricing for business opportunities.
  • Identify, scope, and execute strategic process improvement projects related to pricing.
  • Manage long-term allowances and rebate promotions in the TPM system (Trade Promotion Management)
  • Develop, maintain, and publish sales/pricing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage price changes through all relevant internal systems and work with operations to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties required to support pricing and sales initiatives effectively.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within Pricing, Finance or Accounting
  • Experience completing Analysis with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP/TPM Experience is a plus
