Shift Details

1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM | $21 per hour

2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10:30 PM | $21 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Collect and organize various finished goods components or materials into kits according to specific instructions or orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts when required, and ensure the integrity of inventory levels.
• Visually inspect components and finished kits for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Keep detailed records of kitting activities, including discrepancies or damages.
• Work closely with Distribution, Quality, and Supply Chain Planning functions to ensure timely and accurate kit preparation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline kitting processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively to coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Must be proficient in English language to read and follow documentation, and training materials and communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rotating basis.
