Job Summary
Oversees and supports the timely and accurate administration of provider compensation plans for Corewell Health Medical Group West (CHMGW). This role will be responsible for efficiently managing team resources to enhance team performance, meeting established deadlines, escalating risks, and informing organizational decision-making through the development of analytical models, fair market value assessment, and creation and maintenance of internal documentation. This role will act as a key communicator with internal stakeholders, fostering relationships and aiding in collaborative problem-solving to resolve issues.
