Sun Loan Company is currently looking for reliable, ambitious, and exceptional Bilingual Customer Service Center Loan Admin to join our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate is goal-driven and eager to learn about consumer finance and start a fulfilling career. The Customer Service Center Loan Admin provides support to Sun Loan customers and branch offices from a centralized Customer Service Center. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions. Make outbound refinance and loan solicitation calls. Follow up on missing documents required for loan underwriting. Review and assign unmatched documents in document repository. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a call center environment or consumer finance. Understanding of policy and procedure regarding loan underwriting and documentation. Understanding of loan management software preferred. Microsoft Office 365 experience including Outlook, Word, Sharepoint and Teams. Bilingual Work Schedule: 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday 2 Saturdays/month (8:30am - 12:30pm) Possibly more as determined by the specific needs of the business 4-week paid training (8am-5pm).
