POSITION SUMMARY:

The Research Study Assistant will perform entry-level duties related to the support and coordination of the research department and protocol guidelines.

EDUCATION:

Associates' Degree in a biological science, health science or a related field (e.g. Public Health, Healthcare Administration, etc.) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Two (2) years of research experience preferred Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and hold self-accountable to high standards of professional excellence.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. Must possess excellent time and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and concurrent projects to meet deadlines. Superior oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are important.
