Investor Relations Associate
Overview The Associate, Investor Relations is responsible for handling the reporting and requests of RMR Residential's Private Fund Vehicles including the production of the quarterly reporting documents as well as ad-hoc requests, fund analysis, cash flow projections, and quarterly questionnaires. This position will also work on due diligence requests of prospective investors as well as reporting to the Executive Management Team. He/she will work closely with the fund accounting team, asset management, acquisitions, and capital markets. Responsibilities
Produce the quarterly reporting documents across the Resdiential Fund Vehicles including quarterly reports, partner capital statements, and property-level reporting.
